Lex Translate is a legal-translation and sworn-translation studio founded and led by Ilaria Menchini, a court-sworn translator holding a Master's degree in legal translation. For many years Ilaria has been listed as an expert translator with the French courts, working regularly for the French Ministry of Justice and, in parallel, with the Italian courts.
Since 2014 the studio has partnered on a continuing basis with notarial practices, law firms and legal and administrative departments of Italian and international companies, delivering sworn translations, Apostilles and legalisations across 12 working languages.

Every word we translate takes on evidentiary weight before an authority. That is why we work one document at a time, cross-check terminology against official references, and Ilaria personally signs the sworn statement at the Court clerk. The studio is your single point of contact: you speak directly with the person who translates and swears the file, with the structure of an agency and the attention of a titular professional.
